Join us for the Annual IPPA Mock Print Competition and Pizza Party on September 18 at Pictureline.

We will be starting with a mentor workshop taught by Adilfa Ford on print judging. What are the judges really looking for in an image? What are the most common mistakes that affect your score? What are the 12 elements of a merit image and are they really that important?

At 11:00am we will start the judging. Bring your images on a USB drive or email them to Ted York ted@tedyorkphotography.com.  Digital files must be sized so the longest dimension is 4,000 pixels. Each file must contain an embedded color profile of either sRGB or Adobe RGB1998 and saved at a JPEG quality setting of 10. Files are to be named: ##_Print_Name.jpg (e.g. 01_Midnight_Gold.jpg). You may submit up to 6 images. The first two characters of the name will be the order that they come up. Place the images you want judged the most as your first images in case we don't get to them all.

This is a free event for all IPPA members.
